Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item you purchase!
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the date you receive your items, subject to the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and remain in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Items must not be hygiene-sensitive products or personalized/custom-made goods (please note: we currently do not offer custom-made products).
Return Process:
Please submit a return request via the contact form on our website (including your order number and photos of the item).
Once you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please ship the item back to the designated address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of product defects or quality issues, where we will cover the round-trip shipping costs).
Refund Processing:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
For defective items or shipping errors: You will receive a full refund, we will cover the shipping costs, and we will provide a free replacement.
This policy also applies to promotional and discounted items; however, gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
Note: If returned items show obvious signs of use or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a portion of the refund amount.
